JBL Catering is a family run catering business based in Wandong, and servicing Victoria.

Run by a husband and wife team, and after many years working in the hospitality industry they decided to establish JBL Catering in 2006.

Jason grew up working with his parents in their catering business and knew from a young age that one day he would like to run his own. Over the years he has spent time in fine dining restaurants, convention centres (in Victoria and on Hamilton Island), pubs and clubs bringing a wide range of knowledge and experience to the table.

Bec has had experience in Front of House service but has mainly worked within the administrative side of hospitality with senior administration roles to Hospitality General Managers on an island resort and also Hospitality Recruitment Agency Managing Directors.

We are both very passionate about the industry and enjoy helping our clients create memorable dining experiences for their guests.

With a wide range of menus (which can be customised) and our unique setup, this allows us to cater pretty much anywhere and for any occasion.
